Venue Details
How big is the space?
The Fairytale Party Place offers approximately 2,000 square feet of open event space — perfect for family gatherings, birthday parties, and our signature live character entertainment.
How many people can it hold?
We recommend hosting 30 to 50 guests for the best experience. The venue can seat up to 75 guests comfortably and accommodates up to 100 guests maximum per fire code.
Is there a dance floor?
Yes! While our space is intimate, we do have a dedicated dance area with lighting, laser effects, haze, and premium sound and video equipment. Note that it’s not a raised floor, but an open area designed for dancing fun.
Is the Party Place wheelchair accessible?
Yes. There are no stairs, the restroom is handicap accessible, and handicap parking is available right outside the entrance.
Is there outdoor seating?
There is no current outdoor seating available, but there is space available if you choose to provide your own seating options. Future plans for permanent outdoor seating are being considered.
Where are you located?
We are located off Walton Blvd, in the back of the same complex as Dairy Queen and Rangoli.
Food & Beverages
Can I bring my own food, cake, or drinks?
Yes! You are welcome to bring your own food, cake, and drinks, and there is no fee for doing so. The Fairytale Party Place also offers optional food and beverage packages through local restaurants, bakers, and caterers if you prefer a convenient setup.
Do you allow alcohol or outside beverages?
Yes! Since this is a private rental, you are permitted to bring your own beverages, including alcohol. There is no fee for doing so. Please note that a cleaning fee may be assessed if excessive cleanup is required after your event.
Do you offer in-house food or catering?
Yes! We provide catering for non-perishable items from The Fairytale Fun Place (with a 15% service fee). For pizza, breadsticks, and other hot items, we work with trusted local partners.
Is there a kitchen?
We have a prep kitchen featuring a refrigerator, sink, ice maker, and 6 feet of counter space — perfect for food prep and storage.
Do I need to bring ice?
We provide a small amount of ice, but for larger groups, we recommend bringing additional ice.
Is water provided for guests?
The Party Place does not provide water, but we offer customizable beverage packages to simplify your planning.
Are coffee services available?
Yes! Choose from our regular coffee service ($3 per adult) or specialty coffee service ($5 per adult) for an easy and enjoyable refreshment option.
Entertainment & Add-Ons
Can I bring outside entertainment?
No. The Fairytale Party Place does not allow outside entertainment such as magicians, balloon twisters, or party characters. Our entertainment team provides everything needed for a seamless and magical experience.
Are there activities for the children?
Yes! Parties feature our live character entertainment, along with optional interactive activities and games. We can customize your experience to include additional options during booking.
What add-ons are available?
We offer a variety of exciting add-ons, including:
- Balloon décor (starting at $30 per foot, $200 minimum)
- Face painting
- Kids DJ
- Piñatas & confetti drops
- Specialty coffee and candy bars
- Pizza and dessert options

Can I purchase party favors?
Yes! We offer themed party favor bags for princess or superhero parties. Please request these in advance to ensure availability.
Can I show a video or slideshow?
Yes! You can display a custom slideshow or video on our screens. A $35 media handling and setup fee applies, and we must receive your video (in .mov format) at least two business days before your event via Google Drive to ensure proper setup.
Decorations
Can I decorate before guests arrive?
Yes. Each booking includes a 5-hour time block, which typically allows for 2 hours of setup, 2 hours for your event, and 1 hour for cleanup. You may use this time however you wish, but please respect your block’s start and end times.
Can I bring my own decorations?
Yes! You are welcome to bring your own paint-safe and wall-safe decorations. Please remove all décor by the end of your booking to allow proper cleaning between events.
Do you offer decorating services?
We offer a range of options to make decorating easier, including:
- Balloon displays
- Table and chair covers (black, white, or ivory)
- Snack and candy tables
- Themed video backgrounds

Booking, Payments & Policies
How early should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date and time. Popular time slots fill quickly, especially during holidays and the winter season.
Can I add extra time to my booking?
Yes, additional time can often be added depending on availability. Extra hours are $100 per hour, and the evening time block (4–9 PM) typically offers more flexibility.
Can I set up the day before my event?
There may be a possibility to set up the day before your event based on availability. A fee will apply for this service. Please contact our team the week of your event to discuss scheduling.
Is there a full-day rental option?
Yes! You can rent the Fairytale Party Place for a full-day (9 AM–9 PM) event. Please ask for a quote to receive accurate pricing and availability for your preferred date.
What’s your deposit and payment policy?
A $100 deposit is required to reserve your date. Final payment is due no later than 72 business hours before your event.
What is your cancellation policy?
We have a 21-day cancellation window.
- Cancellations made more than 21 days before the event will forfeit the deposit only.
- Cancellations made within 21 days will forfeit the deposit and a portion of the total balance.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are generally not available. In some cases, deposits may be transferred to a different date depending on availability.
What happens if I stay late?
A $100 per hour fee applies after your scheduled time. After the first 5 minutes past your block, the additional hourly rate will be charged.
Am I responsible for cleaning?
Yes. Please remove all personal items and décor at the end of your event. We ask that the space be left reasonably clean and free of debris or food mess.
What happens if I damage something?
If any items are damaged, you will be billed for the replacement cost and labor required for repairs.
Do you allow smoking?
The Fairytale Party Place is a smoke-free environment. Guests may use the designated outdoor smoking area.
Are candles or open flames allowed?
Birthday candles are permitted. Other candles or open flames are generally not allowed but may be discussed in advance for special circumstances.
Additional Information
Can I book the Party Place without entertainment?
Yes! You can rent the venue on its own or add entertainment and services later. We offer several convenient add-ons to customize your event.
Is the Party Place only for kids?
No! The space is great for baby showers, adult birthdays, graduations, church gatherings, and more.
Do you have high chairs?
We currently do not provide high chairs, so please bring your own if needed.
Do you have photos of your add-ons?
Yes! You can view our available options in the Gallery and Add-Ons sections of our website.
How do I schedule a site visit?
You can schedule a site visit online or by emailing our team directly. The cost for a site visit is $25, and visits are typically available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
